Use unstructured to fetch the cluster API cluster objects

User Story
As a userI would like to be able to use this project without any dependencies on installing cluster API
Detailed Description
The code should be modified to not rely on the cluster API cluster object and CRD, but use unstructured object instead, so that there is no requirement to have Cluster API CRDs deployed for the controller to start properly.
Anything else you would like to add:
The cluster is already not compulsory.
