I see 3 problems here:

  • Fix the database problem
  • Setup some monitoring. Eg every 5 min resolve a known URL in 3 formats (HTML, JSONLD, Turtle) and look for known patterns.
    • I gladly volunteer my Author URL for this purpose :-)
  • Don't HTML-encode the error message
