Incorrect info in field description

In most fields handled by means of autocomplete list, the field description reports: ...... . Hold down 'Control' or 'Command' on a Mac, to select more than one.
For autocomplete widgets it is not valid anymore. It was valid for previously used widgets.

@salva16 How difficult do you think it would be to get rid of the descriptions or to replace them with a more appropriate one?
