[Feature] Ability to limit title character length

Description
On desktop doesnt have really an issue if the title length quite long. But on mobile if the title quite long, the forward seek button just goes outside the screen area which quite annoying cannot be clicked.
Is this feature related to a specific bug?

Do you have a specific solution in mind?
Adding a option on the plugins setting so user can just input the value how much the maximum character. For example if set to 80 character the title gonna be trimmed into 80 character with ... on the end
