There are 2 links (medium article and meteor-typescript-samples) in the guide are not working

@lorensr, a guide needed by me and other people, and I think it should be part of the guide. If there's a possibility to fix the links or add new how-to add typescript instead of deleting them, this would be great.

@YousefMMS thanks. Both medium article and code look deleted, but you might be able to find on the Internet Archive. Reopening this as a FR

This part of the guide should be updated based on the new Meteor Typescript package.

I also added this issue to update the packages section of the Meteor docs.
