After following the guide I have a blank page

After following the GUIDE.md and adding some components I expected to see something along the lines of what is shown on "http://meteoric.github.io/".
But I have no actual UI, instead I have a blank page without any styling.
I do have HTML, as shown here : http://puu.sh/kE67F/0965d419d9.png but the CSS does not seem to be compiling correctly.
What can I do?
