While configuring a new source, the wizard should also propose adding an aggregated variant of the metric using an aggregator, when the rate is great than 1.
e.g. elab.conway.power has a rate of 20, so the wizard should somewhere suggest configuring elab.conway.power.1Hz
It probably needs backend stuff as well.
