Pass occupation doenst work in some cases

Describe the error
When the switch MF3 is in the - position the signal MFREP13, MFREP15 and MFREP16 wont pass the occupation signal although its checkbox is checked!
How to get:

1. load the map with the specific signalling files
2. teleport or go to signal A2 at station 101
3. spawn a train in front of the switch (behind signal MF1201)
4. open route A2-DP
5. signal will switch to the 3rd light code although its next 2 signals have "Pass Occupation Signal" checked and so should not split the occupation check

• Custom Metrostroi user mods: stock metrostroi with map addons (no lua codes wich can affect the signalling)
• Operation System: Windows 10
