Remove unnecessary menu options and logo

We want this to be minimalist so let's remove the following unnecessary menu options:

  • Tools
  • Help
  • File
    • We only want to remove all options from this except 'Save locally' and 'Save to server'.

As well as this we should remove the branding logo for simplicity's sake.
