Unable to resolve target 'android-8'

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I loaded the project and then below error was thrown.
Unable to resolve target 'android-8'
For all the projects under this.
I tried to Clean but I am unable to and I even tried to rebuild and create the
gen folders but no luck. Am I doing something wrong?
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using jre7
Please provide any additional information below.

I tried to Clean but :
Errors occurred during the build.
Errors running builder 'Android Pre Compiler' on project 'Missile-Intercept'.
Resource '/Missile-Intercept/gen' does not exist.
Resource '/Missile-Intercept/gen' does not exist.

Got it fixed..Did some stupidity. Had not added the Android jar.
