Parsed values cells gap (Google Sheet exported)

This file was exported by Google Sheet:
FileInError.xlsx
By the parsing, the W7 cell value ("value in error") is reachable by page[6][20] instead of page[6][22].
I'm not sure that node-xlsx library is responsible for the bug as it disappears by just resave file with an editor such as libreOffice.
Google may be responsible.
