Synoptic: IK<->FK transfer strange refresh

Looks like there is a bug that triggers a strange refresh in the viewport after IK<->FK transfer animation process.
After some research the issue looks like is coming because the view-port is deactivate during the transfer.
I will keep the view-port active to avoid this issue.
NOTE: is not mGear or rig issue. Is something related to Maya.

WORKAROUND: the refresh issue disappear after one key-frame is saved. Can be on the rig or anything. I.E. create a cube , save a key , delete the cube.

Looks like the issue was coming because the rig was loosing the controllers tag. The tag issue was fix here: #175
Now everything looks like is updating correctly.
