review and update metadata types

We should review and update where possible the metadata in the MP

  • fix the date tags to all use dcterms:date and going forward all should use type xsd:dateTime
  • convert MGI:username to ORCID where possible
  • check to see if we are using any other dc: where we could use dcterms:

Fixing the mgi and rgd aliases is straightforward
changing the date metadata tag looks to be tricky, the first time I tried I broke the file and had to delete the branch to back out the changes
