consider creating terms for fine and gross motor coordination

see PMID:38331934 - mice have normal performance in a Rotarod test (gross coordination) but impaired performance in the beam walking an pasta eating tests indicating impaired fine motor control/coordination

There are several existing annotations that mention 'fine' coordination/control defects.

Need to think about how to define these and what to do with the man, many annotations that just mention the rotarod test with no mention of fine vs gross. Probably just leave them on impaired coordination.

New terms would be children of the existing impaired coordination term
