Mapbox tiles showing up white

Occasionally, the tiles from Mapbox are all white and the map won't appear. The only fix I've found so far is to reset the API access tokens on Mapbox and replace them in Sim.js. It's unknown why the token stopped working since the monthly API request cap hasn't been reached yet.
