When using a rotated monitor, the cursor still jumps when the cursor is moved from one monitor to another

I have one monitor turned sideways and cannot calibrate it so that the cursor does not jump when I move from one monitor to the other. Even when I enter the correct dimensions, it still jumps slightly to the center of the monitor at the edges.
