Increase Kafka dependencies to 3.2.3

There have been a couple of more or less severe bugfixes to the 3.2.x line of Apache Kafka. Since Kafka Clients in 3.2.0 seem to exhibit odd behavior at times, we'll have to move along with those bugfixes and publish a patch version for Kafka for JUnit which incorporates the latest changes and bugfixes for Apache Kafka.
The target release for Kafka for JUnit ist version 3.2.1. This version will ship with Kafka dependencies in version 3.2.3.

Release of 3.2.1 is available at Maven Central. A release note has been published.
