Upgrade to Kafka 3.3

Kafka 3.3 has been released https://archive.apache.org/dist/kafka/3.3.0/RELEASE_NOTES.html. Do you have any estimate on releasing a new version? If there is not much more to do than a version bump, I could also contribute

I did a test run and it seems to be just a version bump, all the tests check out okay.
