The project aims at comparing results achieved by Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) and Whale Optimization Algorithm (WOA) in segmentation of MRIs of Brain Tumor. The above mentioned algorithms are used for segmenting each MRIs in three clusters Skull, White matter and Tumor. SVM was used to train the dataset.
