Android app crashed in Release, working fine in Debug

the app crashed a few seconds after entering the app. The title at the top and sidebar menu is also not shown. social media links are also not shown.
Debug mode
Release mode
What I've tried:
- enable/disable Proguard
- enable/diable minify and shrinking
- upgrade/downgrade Gradle and Kotlin version
- upgrade Flutter
