When domain-specific parameters are specified, MD doesn't remove its corresponding default parameters

Thank you for the helpful cross-platform tool.

When specifying domain-specific yt-dlp parameters, sometimes Media Downloader (MD) doesn't remove MD's corresponding default parameters. I ran into this issue with the --format parameter. Fortunately, I discovered a workaround by using -f instead. I think it will be best to fix this for all parameters (and so no workaround is required).
