Update peerDependency version to support redux-saga 1.1.x

Not sure if this project is still active, but could we maybe update the redux-saga peerDependency to also support versions >= 1? From what I tested so far, this package seems to be compatible with the newest redux-saga versions without the need of any adjustments.
