Reliance on ~/commonfiles being populated

Files stored in the commonfiles folder are from the rust container, which typically finished initial execution after reliant container api, which results in api crashing due to files being non-existent

More difficult to remove than anticipated due to errors with sharing the files between containers, will be easier to leave it as is for now and completely rework data storage with DBMS + API access
