Overlapping Output Times

(Credit to Richard Win#1615 on discord for finding this).
It's possible to generate output's with overlapping times when using predict.py.
For Example:
While running predict.py on id 8PmM6SUn7Es
The printed output is: [{'start': '0:08:53', 'end': '0:09:07'}, {'start': '0:09:00', 'end': '0:09:12'}, {'start': '0:09:06', 'end': '0:09:19'}]
Could probably be patched with post processing but looking at the verbose output it looks like it might have something to do with the way the timestamps are being assigned to text:
