don't cache profile images as aggressively

wasteof.mobile doesn't seem to redownload profile pictures when they are updated, which can cause confusing situations which can be resolved by opening the wasteof.money web app. i would assume this happens to banners too but it's not as important.

idea for mobile: tap on a user's pfp to reload it (so you don't have to clear cache and exit the app)
