Connect to mySQL failed: 2003: can't connect to mySQL

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Open Mythbox in XBMC


What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Error message 2003

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 64 bits, XBMC 11.0, Mythbox 1.1.0

Please provide any additional information below.
Please provide a step by step solution to the above problem. Is it necessary to 
install aditional software? if so, what are the steps in that software to make 
xbmc open Mythbox addon. Thanks

i've search about similar problems other people had, but i haven't find any 
solution. Also, i don't know if my ip (which is 192.168.1.101) and the other 
mysql db setting are correct. If is there anything else i should add in order 
to find a solution, i'll be happy to do it :)

I have the same issue however I am running it on my Mac OSX 10.6.8 version. I 
am also using the XBMC 11.0, Mythbox 1.1.0.
