Integration server + convertion of initial tests

@micha about to restart working on resty,
and first step, it's the TEST!!

Was considering using cucumber, aruba (and probably sinatra) to rewrite the integration test, and have it more easily run on travis.
(so that I just have to adapt the syntax)

Side effect, we could maybe release resty from gem

what do you think about this?

done in refactor branch, will be shipped with 3.0
