Describe the bug
When I open wiki page, I recive 404 error

Ok, this is finally fixed

For the curious, some random python package was upgraded and this cascaded into a mess of dependencies hell and github cache shenanigans.

I've fixed the dependencies, moved the doc build into a virtual environment, and set -e 'ed my documentation build&deploy script so it doesn't overwrite the deployed pages if something fails next time
