Selected tab is white in One Dark theme since Atom 1.13

When using One Dark UI theme and Flatland Dark syntax theme, the selected tab goes white.

I didn't have that issue with 1.12, it appeared with Atom 1.13.
I am using flatland-dark 0.2.2.

For what it's worth, if I comment everything in flatland-dark, and restart atom, I get no syntax coloration, but the selected tab is still white.

Would that be an issue with One Dark or flatland-dark? I don't have that problem with other themes.

The colour used to be #26292C which was defined in :host before (which I know disappeared), but isn't anymore.
