Problem with the extended Menu class

Hello,
I have been trying now for about 6hours and i found no way to make this wonderfull helper that i really need work.
The demo file is working very well but could you explain a bit more how to make it work with good architecture using bootstrap index etc. ?

I'll be glad to help if you can be more specific as to what the problem is. "I found no way to make it work" doesn't really tell me anything. =)

I'm sorry, but I don't really have time to produce a full-blown integrated demo.

If you'd like, you can fork my repo and commit what you have so far. I'd be glad to take a look.
