High CPU / xruns

When using this template, my CPU usage goes through the roof, and I get a lot of xruns in jack. My computer is a Core i3 2GhZ with 8GB of memory. Is it just underpowered?

I have the same problem, top show Ardour is using 100+% CPU, when it is idle after creating a new sesstion from the template.
It seem some of the CPU usage is cause by Dragonfly Reverb.
If Dragonfly Reverb is disabled in Front Reverb/Middle Reverb/Back Reverb, CPU drop to 50+%.
