Flexible push to talk key assignment [Feature suggestion]

Currently, the two push to talk keys support only PTT on short range and PTT on manpack radio
This creates some issues with the usage of multiple short ranges as long range.
It is impossible to key more than one long range or short range radios
Suggestion: Ace interact menu for PTT key assignment
Controls menu will have 5(or however many) PTT keys, and you can assign them from ace interact(or maybe even radio interface)
