Add thermostat from pimatic-maxcul plugin

The thermostat of the maxcul-plugin doesn't use the default template. If the plugin uses the default "api" it can be added to pimatic-hap. (s. https://github.com/fbeek/pimatic-maxcul/blob/master/maxcul.coffee#L65)
