Intelligent autohide not working after drag event

As the title says, if you drag an icon, the Dock will no longer hide automatically. A workaround is to press the super key and the dock will automatically hide again.

Can reproduce on Fedora 40, GNOME 46 with Dash To Dock 92.
I also noticed that the icon of the app that you moved (or attempted to) is highlighted ad if you were still hovering over it. Maybe it's useful info for debugging.
