Dock renders above windows when using multiple monitors

OS: Fedora 39 Workstation
DE: GNOME 45.5
Monitor setup
- Right monitor (main): 2256x1504 125% scaling
- Left monitor: 1440x900 100% scaling
Dock position: left side of both monitors

When the dock should hide itself, it gets partially rendered at a larger scale over the window. Sometimes it flashes in and out, but I can't reliably reproduce it.
