Typos in readme file

To conform with best practices, the readme file itself should also be UPPERCASED (README.md).

Introduction

MDTest is primarily used for the developement development of PHP Markdown but is strucutred structured in a way

Usage

Command Line

input from STDIN and emiting emitting its output to STDOUT.

Web Interface

It let lets you choose from a list of implementations in the Implementaiton Implementation folder

Please file bugs in the Github GitHub issue tracker.
