Package name conflict

There already seems to be a package named pypicache on pypi, so if you do "pip install pypicache" as instructed in the docs you get the other package, not yours.

Not only that, but the docs on readthedocs have no link to the github or bitbucket repos, making it somewhat difficult to find the actual source code for the project, and not the other pypicache.

I've updated the docs to point at the bitbucket source and removed the pip instructions.
