"Update" when local app is more recent than Play's one

I'm having an issue with various apps.
When I list «Installed apps» on BlankStore, some of them show the «Update» message when they are already updated or its version is higher.

For example, I have Telegram installed from F-Droid, actually in version 1.4.9. The message «Update» is shown in BlankStore and the version of Telegram in the Play Store is 1.4.8.

I've looked in the code quickly, but I can't found the condition for the «Update» message to appear.

BlankStore is discontinued, Phonesky will be a completely rewritten version.
BlankStore GitHub is here: https://github.com/mar-v-in/BlankStore
One would need to change AppsAdapter and AppFragment to change the update behaviour. Feel free to fork and fix.

Ops, sorry, for your post on XDA I thought Phonesky was the same as BlankStore.
