Migrate Proxies to Azure API

We just got an email from the AZ team that proxies will be retiring on 30 September 2025 and that they should be migrated to Azure API. From what I see this project uses proxies, so It would be good to get these changed 😉

Thanks @PeterStaev It's using not proxies anymore in v3. Using API management could be nevertheless a great idea.
