Include the install script in a released version

Right now there is an install script: https://github.com/microsoft/Azure-Key-Vault-Plugin-gMSA/blob/main/src/CCGAKVPlugin/InstallPlugin.ps1 and it would be nice to have that and the binary published in a github release.

It might even be better to have an msi installer that would make the install process easier: kubernetes-sigs/image-builder#835 (comment)
