Error instances table - pagination component shows total number of pages even after filtering

used the compatibility-analysis.ipynb notebook for reproing this but any notebook or the dev harness also show this issue

1. Select a data point on the scatter plot
2. The Error Instances table should update with all error instances, and the pagination component shows the total number of pages (e.g. 1 of 136)
3. Click on either a section on the Venn diagram or a column on the histogram
4. The Error instances table is filtered to only a subset of error instances, but the pagination component still shows the total number of pages instead of just a subset (e.g. 1 of 4)

Actual: the pagination component shows the total number of pages
Expected: the pagination component shows a subset of the number of pages
