¿Any alternative of DirectXTex that supports 32bit computers?

I find that this program only supports in 64-bit computers. The only thing that i do is here

But i notice that file does not exist so tried too many times and i can't find the solution.

The Visual Studio projects support 32-bit (x86). I only provide prebuilt x64 native binaries, but you can always build Win32 versions from source.
