Add support for PiCamera 2 to Pi code

PiCamera2 is now shipped with the latest Raspberry Pi OS, so we can update the code to use this:

• Update the instructions in lesson 2 of manufacturing for the Pi setup to remove the legacy camera instruction
• Update the program the camera task to use Picamera2
• Add a step to the program the camera task to use Pillow to resize/rotate.
