Add the "EnabledExceptAnonymous" option for MeetingChatEnabledType within the TeamsMeetingPolicy.

Description of the issue
Currently only the following 2 options are supported through Microsoft365DSC for the MeetingChatEnabledType feature within the TeamsMeetingPolicy resource:
- Enabled
- Disabled
However Microsoft supports also a third option:
- EnabledExceptAnonymous
When exporting this resource on an environment on which this option is, we get the following output:
Which is as expected.
However, when trying to generate the accompanying MOF file we get the following error:
Can this third option be added please?
