Export-M365DSCConfiguration doesn't support combination of Credential and ApplicationId

Description of the issue

MSCloudLoginAssistant added support sometime back with CredentialsWithApplicationId to support custom appids but the auth parameters check in Export-M365DSCConfiguration don't appear to have been updated to allow this combination. Fix could be to add additional compare to block at/around 1285:
