Latte server command is missing in the autogenerated command file.

The current latte commands seem to be client side only. if we want the script to run unattended, then we need to add the server command to the autogenerated list too.

The Server inherits commands from the client. It can also be done vice versa if needed, but complicates which entity starts first. We discussed this offline. We'll keep the current model an iterate on improvements once NTTTCP measurements are stable.
