For the lab 200.2x-IaC-AZ-400T05AppInfra (http://microsoft.github.io/PartsUnlimited/iac/200.2x-IaC-AZ-400T05AppInfra.html).
The command az group deployment create <...> is deprecated and will be removed in future releases.
Update to the new recommended command.
This command is implicitly deprecated because command group 'group deployment' is deprecated and will be removed in a future release. Use 'deployment group' instead.
