Expected behavior

Procdump -restrack produces a valid leak track report

Actual behavior

Produces a leak track report with "No leaks detected"

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Run procdump -restrack ... in a privileged container.

System information (e.g., distro, kernel version, etc.)
