Failed to develop the Network Controller at "add network service" step / (execute script by VMM SDN Express)

Executed the script everything is fine, i can see the NC deployed on three system hosts as NC vm, and they successfully boot to the OS at this moment i will skip the production key due to we only use evaluation version. and then from the job tasks everything is fine until the stage "add network service". and it pop out the error as following: anyone have solution about this or did i miss any config?

did you get a response for this or a fix? i have the same issue.
I haven't tried it for so long, eventually i built up the SDN by SDNExpress, and all i need is nvGRE. VMM is pretty tricky to set everything well.
