Compiler options --mapRoot

It was not clear to me that under Compiler Options the --mapRoot flag would not create the map files in the specified path. I added a couple of sentences to the documentation to make this explicit. I was doing a PR and noticed the statement that there should be an issue first. I'll wait a bit to see if I should continue with the PR.
